A few days ago we reported about a dev blog on Champions Online that outlined intended economy changes, now those changes are ingame.
And indeed, the big changes in this patch are related to the economy in the game. There have been significant changes to the amount of resources you get from missions, defeating critters and from selling items to vendors. Of course, in the patch notes retcons and the cost of them are mentioned. The price for retcons are balanced, but seems to be very close to the old cost. However, with the increase in resource gain retcons will be much more accessible for players. About this, the following can be read in the patch notes: In the old model, it would require approximately 16 mission, or 129 villains defeats, or the sale of 47 white items to pay for retconning one power. With the new resource rates, however, it would instead take 6 and a half missions, 45 villains, or the sale of 5 white colored primaries to afford the cost.
Obviously there are quite a bit more things in the patch, so be sure to check the notes out if you want to learn about all the changes and fixes. MMOPlaying Links Champions Online Game Page - Champions Online News Page
